There are many Roman "clan" names (gentes) in history whose names are interesting for us.

One of the is the Gens Ogulnii.

A member of this family made a statue of the she-wolf and the suckling boys.

Ogul is a very old Turkic word meaning "the son". 

-Vn is a plural suffix of old times´, attested already on Orhun stones.

Oglan is the plural form of ogul meaning simply "the sons".

This word/name has no etymology in Latin or other known languages of IE branch:

And now would it be very false to say that this Roman Proper name Ogulnius must have had to do with the Turkish word OGUL/OGLAN?
