If we accept the word Oe/Oi, which comes before proper names in ancient Greek texts, as AY (which we see in all the names on the pics above, and foreign scientists have discussed this possibility), the real name of the character named OEOCLUS I found in www should be AYOĞLU (Turkish for the son of the Moon).

Konunun uzmanı/referans adam Otto Maenchen-Helfen 'die Welt der Hunnen' adı kitabında Atilla'nın dayısı Oibarsios'un adını, MS 1. yy'da yazılmış bir şiirde geçen Oebasus ile karşılaştırır ve şaşırır.

Otto Maenchen-Helfen, an expert/reference man on the subject, compares the name of Atilla's uncle Oibarsios with Oebasus, mentioned in a poem written in the 1st century AD, in his book 'die Welt der Hunnen' and is surprised.

Otto says that there are many names starting with Ay in Turkish and establishes another relationship between Greek OI and Turkic AY.

Conclusion: It is very well-known that many Ancient Greek deities and their names are not of Greek origin. But as I show here on my blog we can not ignore the existence ıf the Turkic languages in Ancıent Greek 'zone'.
