Thracian-Diza-Castle-Turkic-toponym-diz

diza meaning Veste/Festung / English Castle

*

There is a toponymic suffix -diza in Thracian language. It means castle.

Duridanov gives examples:

*Vurdu-diz, Kisti-Diz, Oru-Diz, Üstü-Diz, Dura-diz (Turkic toponyms?)*

source: Duridanov Thracian Lang

*

There is an Oghuz word diz meaning high ground.

Above Duridanov tries to derive it from IndoGerman roots meaning also accumulation.

IF he can explain the root with this root, I can explain it with a Turkic root.

Can't I?
