There is a deity (a very unknown one) in Etruscan world called TANR/THANR. WWW says that it is a birth goddess and the goddess of "scarcity" or "subtlety" (Turkish KITLIK ve INCELIK). Anyway the similarity between Turkic/Altaic TANRGRI/TENGRI and Etruscan TANR is very tantalizing.
