Kabeiroi-Cabeiri-Etymology-Turkic-Kabar

Kabeiros on the right side - A big god

*

Etymology of these Big Gods in Greek Mythology called  "Cabeiri or Cabiri /kəˈbr/[1] (Ancient GreekΚάβειροιKábeiroi), also transliterated Kabeiri or Kabiri" (wiki) , is very unconvincing and uncertain.

There are many proposals.

Beekes says the root must be KABAR:

Both from the Dictionary of Dybo/Starostin.

*

Turkic word gebe (pregnant) has the same root, for example.

COULD Kabeiroi and PTurk. stem *Kāp-: 1 to swell, form blisters 2 thick, swollen 3 hill, mound have something to do with each other?

Possible?
