Caryaca en (𐊺 𐊵) : 'mother' (nominative) Likyaca: ẽni Lidyaca: ẽnaś Luwice: anniš

Türkçe ene (Prot-Turkic *ana / *eńe for Mother)
Bence birbiriyle karşılaştırılmalarında hiçbir gariplik yok. (Diğer Anadolu dillerindeki ‘ana’ sözcüklerini de yukarıda vermiş Prof. LinA).
*
Bildiğim kadarıyla HintAvrupa dillerinde ‘Anne’ için buna benzer bir kök kelime bulunmuyor.

Carian :
en (𐊺 𐊵) : 'mother' (nominative)
- Lycian: ẽni
- Lydian: ẽnaś
- CLuw.: anniš

Turkish ene (Proto-Turkic *ana / *eńe for Mother)
I don't think there's anything strange about them being compared to each other. (Prof. LinA has given the words 'mother' in other Anatolian languages above.
*
As far as I know, there is no such or similar root word for 'mother' in Indo-European languages.
