Bu ancak tam tersi olsaydı mümkün olabilirdi. Bu kelimeler birbiriyle ilişkili ise, o zaman kökeni Tepegöz olmalıdır.

There is a cyclops called Sarandapikhos. 

I couldn't find much information about it. Some say he is the son of Zeus. A Cretan legend. 

 Cyclops in Turkish is Tepegöz. C. S. Mundy brings the Turkish name/word "Tepegöz" from DAPIKOS in Sarandapichos:

It can only be possible, if it were the other way around. If these words are related to each other, then Tepegöz (Overhead eye / hill eye) should be the origin.
