Scythian-Colaxais-Turkic-Kolak-Colak

*

Sai-s: Soy olur mu?

Much has been written about Colaxais (Kolaksais), one of the oldest chieftains of the Scythians. Let me be do it, too. This name may mean Çolak (Proto-Turkish Kolak, Oghuz Kolak = Çolak), meaning "one of his two arms is missing". There is a high probability that this adjective becomes also a nickname or a name. Sai-s: Could it be Turkic "SOY" (lineage)?

Why not?
