Herodot demiş

...Helenlerin tanrı adları Mısır’dan gelmiştir…adlarını bilmedikleri tanrılar (Yunanca konuşmayan bir halk olan) Pelasglar tarafından adlandırılmıştı.

Sayfaya elimle yazdığım en ünlü Yunan Tanrıları’nın ve diğer birçoğunun) adlarının Yunanca kökeni yoktur.

Herodot haklıymış. Birçok Yunan Tanrısının kökeni Trakya ve Anadolu'dur.

Herodotus said: 

... The Hellenic god names came from Egypt…the gods whose names they did not know were named by the Pelasgians (a non-Greek-speaking people)....


The names of the most famous Greek Deities (and many others smaller characters) that I wrote on the page by hand have no Greek origin. 

 Herodotus was right. The origin of many Greek Gods is Thrace and Anatolia.
